Job description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator for a full-time, fully remote role within our Revenue Operations team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational continuity, necessitated by recent changes in our team structure. Our primary CRM, Salesforce, is at the core of our business operations, integrated with Outreach for lead and opportunity management and HubSpot for marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a profound expertise in Salesforce, demonstrated by a successful track record in managing, optimizing, and integrating technological solutions to enhance our revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration: Utilize your extensive Salesforce experience to administer, configure, and customize the platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives.
  2. Technology Integration: Assess and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue operations, streamlining processes and enhancing system integrations.
  3. Data Management: Maintain high standards of data integrity within Salesforce. Implement best practices for data hygiene, deduplication, and conduct regular audits.
  4. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing insightful analysis into key performance metrics to support informed decision-making by leadership.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand their needs and support them in optimizing workflows for revenue growth.
  6. Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance revenue-generating processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.
