Roles & Responsibilities

  • Native English or CEFR certified with not less than C1/C2 levels
  • Min 2 years of experience for Salesforce Instructor Role and 3 years teaching, especially in training on systems, particularly SFDC
  • Advanced understanding of the SFDC platform and its functionality
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)

Requirements:

  • Lead all instructor-led training sessions for dedicated groups, ensuring accurate and complete training.
  • Create instructor-led training events, invite students, and ensure they are prepared (e.g., sandbox access, SFDC).
  • Gather feedback from trainees and managers and share with the core implementation team; monitor participation and attendance.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop/update training curriculum and materials; host office hours and follow-up sessions; engage audiences virtually and in person.

Job description

What Youll Do

  • Create instructor-led training events
  • Invite students to live sessions and ensure they are prepared for the event (e.g., have access to sandbox, SFDC, etc.)
  • Manage implementation of course curriculum
  • Follow-up with managers about participation and attendance
  • Lead all instructor led training sessions for your dedicated training groups, ensuring

accurate and complete training

  • Host ongoing office hours and follow-up training sessions, as requested and required
  • Gather feedback from trainees and managers about the training via formal and

informal methods and share with core implementation team

  • Support the creation of additional training in partnership with the central training team,

materials and projects

  • Simplify complex concepts through stories and examples to provide soft skills and real life Salesforce implementations
  • Able to engage audiences both virtually and in person
  • Work closely with instructional designers and trainers to develop and update training

curriculum.Position Requirements:

  • Native English or CEFR certified with not less than C1 , C2 levels.
  • Min 1 year of experience for Teaching Assistant Role
  • Min 2 years of experience for Salesforce Instructor Role and 3 years teaching especially in the field of training on systems, particularly SFDC.
  • Advanced understanding of the SFDC platform and its functionality.
  • Experience with LMS environments.
  • Educational background in the field is a plus.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)
