Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Communications Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in network systems
Basic networking knowledge (OSI 7-layer model, VLAN, Spanning Tree, Routing, and Wireless) and familiarity with network devices (Cisco Layer 2/Layer 3 switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment)
Ability to self-learn and research new technologies; Network or System certification is a plus

Requirements:

Monitor client systems
Work in shifts
Troubleshoot and maintain systems with issues

- Monitor ระบบ ให้แก่ลูกค้า

- ทำงานเป็นกะ

- ซ่อมบำรุงระบบ ที่มีปัญหา

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์,ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร,อิเล็กทรอนิกส์,สาระสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ด้านระบบเครือข่ายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีความรู้เบื้องต้นทางด้าน Network เช่น OSI 7 Layer, VLAN, Spanning tree, Routing และWireless
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เช่น Cisco Layer 2/Layer 3 Switch, Firewall, Wireless
มีความสามารถในการหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ และสามารถเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเองได้
มี Certification ด้าน Network หรือ System จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถ อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
มีจิตใจรักการบริการ , สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
