Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in law firms or in-house
  • Knowledge of financial business and general commercial
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Requirements:

  • Providing legal advice to business executives on business transactions to mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring legal updates regarding the company's business and internal regulations, including delegation of authority.
  • Consulting on and handling all corporate legal processes including corporate filing documents, license applications, minutes of meetings.
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.

Job description

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Providing legal advice to business executives regarding business transactions to mitigate risks in potential transactions.

Monitoring of legal update regarding the company business and internal regulations including delegation of authority.

Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes including corporate filing documents, license application, minutes of meeting etc.

Reviewing, drafting and negotiate contracts, and other legal documents.

Reviewing new business agreements and schemes.

Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.

Coordinate with outside lawyers from time to time.



คุณสมบัติ

Bachelors degree in Law.

A minimum of 5 years experiences in law firms or in house.

Knowledge in financial business and general commercial.

Strong analytical ability and strong attention to detail.

Being resilient and having a sounded judgement.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in PDPA will be a plus.

Lawyer license will be a plus.

TOEIC score not less than 750.
