Key Responsibilities

• Contract & Trademark Management: Oversee international contracts, intellectual property, and trademark filings to protect the company's assets and interests.
• Regulatory Research: Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations within the medical and health sectors to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Internal Advisory: Participate in key business discussions, offering legal insights and recommendations to support company initiatives.
