Requirements:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and social media, aligned with business goals and SEO best practices; manage editorial calendar and production.
  • Lead professional interviews with health professionals and stakeholders; ensure tact and professionalism in handling technical topics; maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across channels.
  • Manage partnerships, influencer marketing, and campaigns; coordinate with events/conferences and create materials to amplify brand reach.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional content team; mentor creators and designers; collaborate with marketing, sales, and research; monitor performance using analytics and optimize strategies.

  1. Fluent English Communication
    • Must have exceptional written and verbal English skills.
    • Comfortable conducting interviews with health professionals and engaging with diverse stakeholders (e.g., patients, partners, and influencers).
  • Health experience & understanding (life sciences degree is helpful)

    • Proven experience creating and managing content (blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and social media).
    • Ability to align content strategy with business objectives and SEO best practices.
  2. Interviewing Skills
    • Skilled at conducting professional interviews, especially with subject matter experts like health professionals.
    • Comfortable handling technical and sensitive topics with tact and professionalism.
  3. Social Media Expertise
    • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage multiple social media platforms (Instagram, X.com, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
    • Experience in creating campaigns that resonate with different audiences.
  4. Brand and Messaging Alignment
    • Expertise in developing content that reflects and strengthens brand identity.
    • Experience in managing tone and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  5. SEO Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
    • Proven track record of improving organic search traffic through content.
  6. Email Marketing & Newsletters
    • Experience creating compelling newsletters targeting patients, partners, and healthcare professionals.
    • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  7. Event and Conference Management
    • Experience in planning and managing conference materials, including presentations, booths, and collateral.
    • Ability to coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure successful representation.
  8. Partnership and Influencer Marketing
    • Track record of managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
    • Ability to foster relationships with industry thought leaders and leverage partnerships to amplify brand reach.
  9. Project Management Skills
    • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track progress.
  10. Team Leadership
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media managers, and designers.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and research).
