  • Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and use Zoho CRM to identify audiences, segment data, and personalize marketing efforts while staying updated on industry trends
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan and execute campaigns across email, social, search, and display; automate workflows in Zoho, track interactions, measure effectiveness, and optimize via A/B testing and segmentation
  • Content Development & Personalization: Collaborate with content creators to produce email newsletters, blog posts, social updates, and website content; tailor content using Zoho CRM data for specific segments
  • Analytics & CRM Management: Monitor KPIs, generate reports using Zoho analytics, provide insights and recommendations; manage Zoho CRM including data cleanup, lead scoring, automated workflows, and team training

Job description

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in Zoho CRM to join a leading investment technology platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. They will leverage their expertise in Zoho CRM to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and improve overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Utilize Zoho CRM capabilities to identify target audiences, segment customer data, and personalize marketing efforts.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.

2. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.

Leverage Zoho CRM features to automate campaign workflows, track customer interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness.

Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized content delivery.

3. Content Development:

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging digital content, including email newsletters, blog posts, social media updates, and website content.

Use Zoho CRM data to tailor content to specific customer segments and personalize messaging for maximum impact.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Generate regular reports using Zoho CRM analytics tools to provide insights into campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM system, including data entry, cleanup, and customization to meet business needs.

Implement lead scoring models, automated workflows, and sales funnel tracking within Zoho CRM to improve lead management and conversion rates.

Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content development, and analytics.

Expertise in Zoho CRM administration and customization, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Certifications in Zoho CRM or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
