Educator at The Oxford Method

We at The Oxford Method, we are a true startup company created by a professor and entrepreneur. We are seeking a Tutors/Teachers to help our clients excel academically! You will provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual or group basis. We have an ambitious model to help underprivileged, special needs, gift and traditional students and their families grow through instruction and education. We really want to make a difference in people’s lives. We respect educators and instructors and want to make sure they can provide for their families and enjoy the journey.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting
• Design and implement lesson plans at varying academic levels
• Establish academic goals and milestones with students
• Document and communicate progress reports
• Provide constructive feedback for students

​Qualifications:

• Must have at least a bachelor's degree - Masters' and/or Ph.D. preferred.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields
• MUST be outgoing, passionate, and excited about teaching
• MUST be able to convey information, knowledge, and wisdom in a compelling way.
• Ability to build rapport with students
• Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
