Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Own the entire sales cycle, including prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your territory, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales quotas.
Client Relationship Building: Partner with clients to deliver solutions, acting as a consultant to understand their needs and provide tailored offerings.
Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring all sales activities are documented and properly managed in our CRM.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing, product, and business development teams to maximize your sales efforts and contribute to company growth.
Industry Expertise: Attend industry events and provide market insights that help influence the product roadmap and sales strategy.
Ideal Candidate:
You have 5+ years of successful software or technology sales experience, with a track record of acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
SaaS, eLearning, and "new logo" sales experience is a plus.
You’re results-driven and passionate about solving client problems through innovative solutions.
You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and are comfortable building relationships with decision-makers.
