Job description

Virtual Assist is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. In this crucial role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various strategic projects. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure our executives can focus on key initiatives while you handle the day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

1. Administrative Skills:

● Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other relevant administrative roles.

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

● Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

2. Organizational Skills:

● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong time management and problem-solving skills to effectively handle urgent requests.

3. Communication Skills:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

4. Technical Skills:

● Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

● Proficient in managing calendars and scheduling tools.

5. Additional Requirements:
