Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5โ€“8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development including RICEF, Object-Oriented ABAP, and HCM HR-ABAP.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors technical integrations using CPI/PI-PO/APIs/OData, with strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SF modules.
  • Hands-on experience with IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services, SAP HR Infotypes, and ABAP HR logical databases; experience with Payroll/Time/HR core integrations is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of SAP HCM functional concepts and SuccessFactors provisioning/instance management; strong problem-solving, communication, and client-interaction skills; ability to work in Agile and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions including RICEF objects and OO-ABAP for SAP HCM and HR integrations.
  • Build and support SuccessFactors technical integrations using CPI/PI-PO, APIs, and OData; work with Employee Central or other SF modules.
  • Implement and support data exchange components (IDOCs, RFCs, Web Services) and manage SAP HR Infotypes and ABAP HR logical databases; support Payroll/Time/HR core integrations.
  • Collaborate in Agile, cross-functional teams; communicate with clients; participate in provisioning/instance management for SuccessFactors and project delivery.
