Who We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for a Thumbnail Strategist who knows what sells, what’s trending, and what passes Minecraft Marketplace guidelines. You’ll own skinpack concepts end-to-end—spotting opportunities, briefing creators, guiding modellers, and driving submissions. Reporting to a Product Director, you will be deeply embedded in the Minecraft/YouTube ecosystem, communicate clearly across global teams, and thrive on fast, direct feedback, this role puts you right at the centre of high-performing Minecraft Marketplace content.

Your Responsibilities and Skills:

• Pitching concepts and creating briefs for Minecraft Marketplace Skinpacks and key art.

• Manage Skinpack Modellers to successfully deliver the skinpack design including reviewing skinpack drafts and providing feedback

• Analyse Minecraft Marketplace to develop an informed creative strategy based on key trends & past successes

• Show intimate knowledge and understanding of Minecraft Marketplace guidelines to maximise skinpack success

• Manage the Marketplace submission process

• Create detailed instructions for both Thumbnail Designers and Designers/Modellers for Minecraft Marketplace Thumbnails and Skinpacks.

Requirements:

• Expert level knowledge of Minecraft Marketplace

• Good eye and Instinct for Design & strategic concepts.

• Photoshop knowledge is a bonus

• Able to communicate and answer inquiries/messages within 24 hours.
