Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly respond to customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information and solutions regarding our products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance their overall experience with our company.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support improvements and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Keep updated on product enhancements and industry trends to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software and common office applications.
