About the Technical Consultant Position

We're looking for a qualified Technical Consultant to setup and supply technical support and solutions for our Arch Clients, including bespoke development.

Technical Consultant Responsibilities

Install/configure integration tools and software
Support both the integration remotely and on site
Investigate and resolve issues with SQL databases
Data analysis with reconciliations supporting your conclusions
Originate solutions and deliver suggested solutions on any query or issue
Be able to translate what client is saying/requesting and what the actual issue/requirement is and respond accordingly
Deliver what you promise
