With our lawyer platform anwalt.de and our legal AI workspace PRIME LEGAL AI, we set standards in terms of innovation and customer satisfaction in the legal market. Location: Remote or Nuremberg or Hanover
About the role and your impact
Your responsibilities

  • Log Monitoring and Devops

  • Prompt Quality Control

Your skills
  • Strong skills in Python Frameworks: Flask
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex and LLM's like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini 
  • Experience working with and consuming LLMs via API is required
  • Skilled in Python, API development and consumption and database management is helpful
  • Rust experience helpful
  • Experience in React, Svelte to rewrite and improve the frontend in a JS framework are important
  • Other JS framework experience helpful
  • Pragmatic, curious and eager to adopt new tools or approaches when they improve outcomes
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), DevOpspractices and CI/CD workflows
  • Use AI-assisted tools like Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to:
    • Generate and refactor code based on prompts and context
    • Rapidly build proof-of-concepts and turn them into production-grade code
    • Streamline documentation, improve code review processes, and detect potential issues before they surface
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Confident in working with AI-assisted development environments (e.g. Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, Claude Code, GitHub, Copilot, ChatGPT), and capable of validating and refining their output independently
  • Fluent in German (B2+) is a plus for collaboration across teams and with stakeholders
