Job description

Onze servicedesk is het kloppend hart van onze dienstverlening. Dagdagelijks staan remote system engineers in 1ste instantie paraat om onze klanten telefonisch verder te helpen bij eventuele IT issues.

Naast de telefonische ondersteuning van eindgebruikers werken zij ook nauw samen met de System Engineers in de field waarbij ze hulp bieden van op afstand.

In 2de instantie staan ze in voor de permanente monitoring van de omgeving van onze klanten zodat er zowel proactief als reactief kan ingegrepen worden indien noodzakelijk. Als laatste voeren zij ook taken uit in het kader van proactief onderhoud en nemen ze bepaalde taken voor hun rekening die deel uitmaken van een project.
