About the role
The IT support engineer, reporting to CIO or to Head of SW development, provides organizations with information technology support to optimize operational efficiency including resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems.
Our position is a balance between DevOps and IT Support skills while focusing on user management, AD management, identity management, SSO, endpoints management, SW deployment, cyber security, and endpoint protection (endpoint cyber protection issues).
We looked for working (configuring, deployment, administrating) with Identity Management Platforms, Endpoints management and protection, SW delivery solutions, information security solutions and analysis.
We are looking for 70% IT Support Engineer and 30% Devops, but not 30/70.
