German-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote Türkiye)

About the Role

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international teams supporting leading global brands in the technology, travel, and food delivery sectors.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye.

As part of our multilingual customer experience operation, youll provide professional, solution-oriented support to customers, partners, and service users through inbound calls, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in German (English used for internal communication and training)

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, bookings, or platform navigation

  • Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a smooth customer experience

  • Provide information, updates, or modifications to existing reservations or deliveries

  • Follow company procedures and use digital tools effectively

  • Meet performance and quality KPIs with a customer-first mindset

Requirements

  • German: Native or C1 level (verbal and written)

  • English: Minimum B1 level (for internal tools, training, and communication)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and multitasking

  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
