Head of AI Transformation

About the Role
We are searching for a transformation leader to embed AI into the DNA of our holding. You will turn pilots into enterprise-wide change, improving efficiency, cutting costs, and elevating customer experience. This role is about driving measurable results through AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run a central transformation office for the group, defining governance and operating models.
• Oversee a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, from quick pilots to large-scale programs.
• Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure business value is delivered.
• Drive adoption across diverse teams, leading change management efforts.
• Partner with senior leadership to communicate AI risks, benefits, and outcomes.
• Ensure scalability and long-term sustainability of AI transformation.

Requirements

• Proven background in AI-driven transformation at enterprise level.
• Expertise in AI implementation, data governance, and cross-business programs.
• Record of scaling pilots into enterprise-wide adoption.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to engage executives and inspire teams.
• Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are advantageous
