Chief AI Product Officer

About the Role
We are looking for a product trailblazer to turn AI into powerful business value. You will design and scale AI-driven products with a focus on compliance, legal innovation, and data solutions. From digital tax platforms to AI compliance tools, you will shape solutions that help our companies work smarter and meet global standards.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-driven legal and compliance tools.
• Oversee delivery of products such as RAG platforms, digital tax systems, and big-data compliance solutions.
• Create frameworks for ethics, audits, and procurement across companies.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and tech teams to align compliance with product design.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and partners to ensure adoption of solutions.
• Identify and execute new AI opportunities that drive measurable efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI products in legal, compliance, or enterprise domains.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and AI-enabled legaltech.
• Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams and deliver adoption at scale.
• Excellent skills in product lifecycle management and prioritization.
• Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are advantageous
