About the Role
We are looking for a bold technology leader to define and scale AI architecture for a global holding. You will set the technical direction across multiple companies, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, secure, and built for the future. Responsibilities

• Define AI platform architecture and multi-agent orchestration standards.
• Build and oversee data quality, governance, and traceability frameworks.
• Manage MLOps pipelines, observability, and cloud/GPU resources.
• Establish security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across the group.
• Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams to deliver at scale.
• Collaborate with business and product leaders to align AI strategy with growth.
• Scout new technologies, vendors, and drive build-vs-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing AI and scaling ML platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps.
• Strong record of leading engineering teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical depth with executive clarity.
• Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
• Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are advantageous.
