Proficiency in conducting thorough research to identify and qualify potential land buyer leads. Strong communication skills for effectively tailoring outreach efforts and assisting with customer support calls. Ability to maintain accurate buyer databases and track appointments for reporting purposes. Experience with basic administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers. Competence in data entry to ensure records are kept accurate and up-to-date to support the smooth operation of the buyer qualification process.

Core responsibilities:

Execute strategies to identify and qualify land buyer leads effectively. Conduct thorough research to identify potential buyers and tailor outreach accordingly. Undertake customer support calls to assist with financial eligibility processes before scheduling appointments with senior sales staff. Maintain buyer databases, update information, and track appointments for comprehensive reporting. Handle basic administrative tasks such as invoicing, ensuring timely payments, and following up with buyers to maintain positive relationships. Assist with general data entry requirements to keep records accurate and up-to-date, supporting the smooth operation of the buyer qualification process.
