2.5-5 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven background in wholesale or boutique product sales, ideally within artisan goods, wellness, or home fragrance sectors. Strong Written & Spoken English: Clear, friendly, and persuasive communication with minimal to no accent, capable of holding thoughtful conversations and writing polished, professional emails. Lead Generation Expertise: Ability to independently research and qualify high-potential leads using tools like Google, Instagram, and retail directories; self-starter who knows how to fill their own pipeline. Follow-Up & Deal Closure Skills: Organized and persistent in following up with leads through multiple channels, building relationships, and closing B2B sales with confidence. Instagram & Email Proficiency: Comfortable with DM-based outreach using scripts, email marketing etiquette, and sending custom follow-ups that feel human, not robotic. Alignment with Artisan & Boutique Values: Appreciation for handcrafted products and natural goods; able to represent a purpose-driven, quality-first brand with sincerity and enthusiasm.

Core responsibilities:

Wholesale Prospecting & Lead Sourcing: Identify and compile targeted lists of boutique retailers, wellness shops, metaphysical stores, and lifestyle brands across the U.S. and abroad using Google, Instagram, and directories. Email Outreach & Follow-Up: Execute consistent and professional email outreach using provided wholesale links, customized scripts, and follow-up sequences to spark interest and convert leads into wholesale customers. Calling & Conversational Selling: Call prospective retailers to introduce the incense line, engage in authentic conversation, gauge interest, and initiate next steps by sending product and ordering information. Instagram DM Engagement: Use the brand’s IG account to message potential retail partners with a compelling script, wholesale link, and follow-up communication to convert interest into action. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach, responses, and lead statuses using spreadsheets or a CRM tool to ensure follow-through and no missed opportunities. Sales Cycle Execution: Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from discovery and outreach to follow-ups and deal closure; ensuring a warm, personalized experience that aligns with the artisan nature of the brand.
