  • Pass compiled information to the management team in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to assign the lead to the most appropriate team or department.

Organize and compile notes and data into a structured format, such as CRM entries or internal forms, that can be easily reviewed and understood by management. Pass compiled information to the management team in a clear and concise manner, enabling them to assign the lead to the most appropriate team or department. Maintain ongoing communication with management to ensure successful handoff and follow-up where necessary, occasionally supporting re-engagement if leads stall or delay responses.
