Strong English communication skills Minimum 3 years paid social experience. Experience with Meta/Insta, TikTok & LinkedIn. A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills. Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.

Core responsibilities:

Setup, manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook or other channels relevant to the performance team. Write effective direct response ad copy that sells. Support senior members of the team on the set up and execution of campaigns. Manage low and high-level accounts and ensure performance is line with goals. Monitor budget pacing and performance against goals. Escalate any performance challenges with senior members of the team. Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization. Continuously help the Account Management team to retain and grow your account portfolio. Educate and keep Account Managers in the loop on our strategies and tactics. Keep your finger on the pulse to identify opportunities within digital marketing for the benefit of both First Page Digital and our clients. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
