Marketing & Design Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design - preferably within interior design, residential renovation, or real estate industries. Strong Aesthetic Judgment: Ability to visually align marketing materials with a boutique design brand; comfortable following creative direction and drawing inspiration from visual references provided by leadership. Video & Graphic Editing Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other tools for producing professional-level graphics and videos. Social Media Fluency: Hands-on experience managing brand accounts, especially on Instagram and YouTube; understands engagement strategies, scheduling, and basic analytics. Project & Vendor Coordination: Comfortable managing print projects, working with local vendors (e.g., Minuteman Press), pulling target lists for outreach, and coordinating timelines and approvals. Organized Self-Starter: Highly dependable and structured, able to manage multiple creative tasks independently while participating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with evolving needs.

Core responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation & Brand Assets: Design engaging brochures, stickers (for subcontractors like electricians and plumbers), email signatures, and printed marketing materials that reflect the company’s design-forward aesthetic and community-centered identity. Web Development Management: Collaborate with the Principal Designer to gather brand inspiration, hire a web developer, and oversee the build-out of a professional website that showcases past projects and aligns with the company’s values and service offerings. Video Editing & Production: Capture, edit, and produce videos for client communication, training, internal processes, and community outreach - ensuring all media assets support both clarity and brand alignment. Social Media & Digital Outreach: Create, curate, and post social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, using design inspiration and current trends to connect with the local community. Targeted & Quarterly Mailers: Coordinate the design and distribution of weekly and quarterly mailers, managing farm lists and communicating with print vendors to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence in key neighborhoods. Internal Collaboration & Workflow Tools: Participate in daily Zoom calls and weekly strategy meetings, use project tracking tools (like Materio) when needed, and contribute to internal documentation and client onboarding experiences such as welcome packets.
