Extensive experience in both the Paid Search space, particularly with Google Ads and Google Shopping. Proven track record in building and optimising campaigns for both e-commerce and service-based clients. Knowledge of backend systems, including Shopify and WordPress. Familiarity with Google backend tools and metrics. Minimum 3 years of proven SEM experience, successfully managing PPC campaigns with Google Ads, Google Shopping, Search, Display, and Analytics. Strong analytical skills with experience generating SEM reports and familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.

Core responsibilities:

Developing and executing a variety of paid search strategies to drive leads and sales for our clients, including some of Australia's largest brands. Conducting tests, measuring, collecting, and analysing data to identify trends and insights, ensuring maximum ROI across multiple paid search and social campaigns. Tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics, PPC initiatives to optimise performance and meet client goals. Creating and optimising campaigns aligned with best practices across Google. Managing campaign expenses by staying on budget, ensuring spend pacing is on track for all accounts, and reconciling discrepancies. Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation. Collaborating with design, content, SEO, and search teams to define advertising requirements and align all content with best practices. Serving as a technical point of contact for the Account Management team, addressing any technical questions and providing training and support. Conducting market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands, utilising data to inform marketing strategies. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as conversion rate, CPCs, CPMs, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition rates. Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review, staying abreast of the latest advancements in search engine marketing, social media trends, PPC strategies, and best practices.
