Experience as a Superintendent or Foreman with proven supervision and management of employees on cold storage construction projects (industrial or commercial).
Ability to supervise and coordinate field personnel to meet quality standards and scheduling demands.
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
Experience laying out work for subordinate supervisors and coordinating material, tools, equipment, information and manpower to ensure timely project execution.

Manage all onsite activities related to installation of insulated metal panels for commercial and industrial refrigeration, including field labor, safety, quality control, and scheduling.
Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned projects and own direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control and safety.
Lay out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons; ensure materials, tools, equipment, information and manpower are in place in a timely fashion in coordination with the Project Manager.
Evaluate ongoing work to ensure insulation services meet scheduling, budget, and quality standards.

Description

Responsible for managing all onsite activities related to the installation of insulated metal
