Senior Compliance Officer, Lithuania (Remote)

Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Compliance Officer (Lithuania) at Plutus. 

Location: Remote (UK or Europe)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws, as well as staying up-to-date with changes in the regulatory environment. 

• Prepare the firm to comply with MiCA legislation.

• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, 

• monitoring and reporting on compliance obligations

• Identifying and addressing compliance risks.

• Conducting crypto related investigations and addressing risks.

• SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) and conducting EDD investigations.

• General Compliance tasks

Qualifications

• Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills

• Analytical Skills

• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills

• Finance knowledge

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Experience in financial regulation and compliance

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field a plus

• Relevant additional qualifications and skills include knowledge of Lithuanian regulations, experience in the cryptocurrency industry, and certification in compliance or related fields.

Salary Range: 3,000 - 3,500 EUR (Net/pm)

Others:

• More of AML experience

• Legal background is a plus

• Native of Lithuania - speaks local language
