We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to step into the role of Mortgage Banker Branch Manager (MBBM).   • Key Real Estate Professionals & Builders
  • Influential Accountants, Attorneys, and Financial Planners
  • Other valuable partners such as Architects, Title Companies, and Appraisers.

Leadership, Mentorship, and Excellence

As MBBM, you will be the primary point of contact and support for your MLOs and other vital business channels. You will play a crucial role in shaping the team's future by conducting interviews with prospective MLOs.

Above all, you will ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience by:

  • Maintaining a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to professional ethics.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.


Key Functions & Collaborative Responsibilities

Your daily success will involve actively engaging in the following areas:

  • Building Deep Relationships: Develop and maintain successful partnerships with MLOs, business referral sources, and existing/prospective clients.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Continually seek out and prospect new mortgage lending opportunities for the branch.
  • Guided Customer Journey: Meet with customers as needed during various stages of the loan process to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
  • Resource & Information Hub: Expertly utilize our in-house reference tools to provide accurate, up-to-date loan program and policy information to both external partners and internal teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire loan process from origination to closing, providing clear, ongoing communication to customers and business partners to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieving Team Goals: Drive and achieve the production goals established by JET DIRECT MORTGAGE.
  • Team Development: Oversee and ensure the successful completion of all assigned training activities for your Mortgage Loan Officers, helping them grow their skills and careers.


Spearheading New Business Development

You will actively lead the effort to develop a robust business referral network through targeted marketing, networking activities, and local outreach. You are encouraged to passionately participate in community efforts to promote the branch and enhance our local reputation.
