Entry-Level SAP MM Consultant , Remote

SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is actively seeking SAP Consultants who are passionate about SAP and eager to start their careers as SAP MM Consultants. Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis:
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial and accounting requirements.
2. Analyze and recommend solutions to improve financial processes and compliance.

2. Configuration and Customization:

• Configure SAP MM module settings to align with business requirements.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to SAP MM functionality.
• Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

3 . Integration:

1. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP FICO, and SAP HR, to maintain data consistency.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate data exchange between systems.

4. Testing and Validation:

1. Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality.
2. Perform unit and integration testing, and work with end-users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).

5. Documentation:

1. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP MM configurations, processes, and procedures.
2. Provide training and support documentation to end-user.

6. User Manual Testing:

1. Train end-users on SAP MM functionality, financial reporting, and best practices.
2. Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues and address inquiries related to the SAP MM module.

7 Compliance and Reporting:

1. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing procurement, such as environmental regulations, trade laws, and industry-specific standards.
2. Implement controls and processes to prevent non-compliance and mitigate associated risks.
3. Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure that procurement practices remain compliant.

8.Continuous Improvement: Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or information technology is often required
• Extensive experience in SAP MM module configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules and related technologies.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills and experience working on SAP implementation projects.
• SAP MM certification is a significant advantage.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
