In this role, you will focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing workflows and processes within the BMC Helix ITSM platform. Your expertise will enhance the functionality and user experience of our IT service management tools, ensuring effective alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows, making adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to ITSM and workflow management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT service management, specifically with BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in ITIL or other ITSM methodologies are a plus.
