BMC Helix Integration / Automation Specialist-Remote

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Helix Integration / Automation Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Helix integration tools. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency through innovative automation strategies and seamless integration of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions using Helix, ensuring efficient data flow between systems.
• Develop automation workflows to enhance productivity and operational processes.
• Collaboration with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Helix features and integration technologies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration or automation roles, with hands-on experience using Helix.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in developing automation workflows and scripts.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is a plus.
