Your responsibilities:
- Automating DevOps-related tasks and processes - we don’t want to spend our time fighting the same issues every day.
- Educating other members of the team - you are the bridge between the Dev and the Ops - help people around you get the best of both worlds.
- Understanding the needs and challenges of clients across operations and development.
- Engaging in building the right solution that meets the client’s technical and business requirements.
- Responding to the needs of development teams in projects.
- Creating and updating technical documentation.
- Managing tasks within ServiceDesk DevOps - supporting development teams.
Salary range:
Poland & EU: PLN 16,800 - 28,200 (B2B contract) + 20 paid days off
Poland: PLN 14,000 - 23,500 (Contract of Employment).
Requirements
We want you on board if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps experience.
- Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (C1).
- Solid experience with Azure
- Solid experience with Kubernetes (especially AKS).
- Solid practice with management and automation of CI pipelines (CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions) and gitops tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Solid experience in Linux administration and Docker.
- Experience with high-available and high scalable environments.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep.
- Experience with scripting/programming languages (Bash, Python, Go).
- Ability to identify a problem/opportunity and propose a working and credible solution.
- Practice with monitoring/data collection tools: Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Loki, DataDog, Graylog, ELK stack, Zabbix.
- Experience (lab level) with other orchestration tools like Azure App Service/Container Apps, Rancher, Nomad, k3s, minikube.
- Implementation of solutions according to Well-Architected Framework standards.
- Proactive security-first approach.
Nice-to-haves:
- Good knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
- Experience with Software Engineering.
- Courage in making decisions.
- Experience with virtualization hypervizors like vmware, Proxmox.
- Network knowledge on L2 and L3.
- Azure Administrator Associate Certificate or higher
