This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about mobile technology and have a knack for customer service. In this dynamic role, you will support Norwegian-speaking clients with their mobile device questions and technical issues to ensure an outstanding customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device functionality.
  • Assist customers in enhancing their mobile device usage and offer customized solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is advantageous.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially with mobile devices.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
