Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to present a job opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and possess a talent for providing outstanding service to a diverse clientele.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality environments.
  • Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Guide clients in understanding the hospitality services and amenities available to them.
  • Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure a satisfying guest experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Stay informed about current trends in the hospitality sector to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively communicate this to clients.
  • Competent in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
