Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking partners through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
Manage partner inquiries and resolve service-related issues in an efficient manner.
Educate partners regarding product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and formulate effective solutions.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
