We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Travel Agency. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about travel and customer service, and who are eager to assist Norwegian-speaking clients in planning their travel experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding their travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about itineraries, bookings, and travel policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
  • Educate customers on travel procedures and promotions to enhance their travel experiences.
  • Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
