Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary support to Norwegian-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related issues effectively.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Inform corporate customers about company products and services to maximize their satisfaction and engagement.
  • Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach to service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
