Responsibilities

• Act as a primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, providing expert advice on our product range.
• Analyze client needs and propose customized product solutions that support their objectives.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate product functionalities and advantages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and enhance client interactions.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor products to provide timely insights to clients.
• Support clients throughout the implementation of product solutions and promptly address any inquiries they may have.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within product advisory, sales, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of product solutions, services, and market trends in the digital sector.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to effectively address client challenges.
