This position is ideal for individuals who excel in providing outstanding customer service and are looking to contribute to a corporate team that prioritizes client satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier support to Swedish-speaking corporate clients via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
Inform corporate customers about the company’s products and services to maximize their experience and satisfaction.
Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and performance reporting.
Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
Understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with customer service applications, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
