Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Swedish-speaking clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately document client interactions in the CRM system for streamlined follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for improving support processes and engage in discussions to optimize customer service.
  • Stay updated on product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer software.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and client support.
