Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Success Specialist. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing outstanding support through phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about our products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
  • A positive attitude and a true passion for supporting customer success.
