This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and excel in written communication. In this position, you will provide assistance to Dutch-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries via email with professionalism and efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer emails in Dutch, ensuring accurate and detailed information about products and services.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding orders, accounts, and general support inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for effective follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of service quality.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Keep informed about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in email support or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
