As a remote support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving their inquiries and technical issues effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems related to software and hardware.
  • Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and concise solutions.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the support system and maintain thorough case records.
  • Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their issues have been successfully resolved.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed, quality support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Experience with remote support tools and knowledge of CRM applications is advantageous.
