As a remote support specialist, you will ensure a positive user experience by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers through various remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Document all support interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the support management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to offer knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment.
