Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software and hardware products.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and effective solutions.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the support management system, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to assess satisfaction with the support provided.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and effective support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
