We are currently looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector. Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product-related questions.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the banking operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Educate clients on banking procedures, policies, and new services.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
