Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding travel bookings and inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with questions related to itineraries, booking changes, and travel policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries to ensure a pleasant travel experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate clients about available travel services, special offers, and travel regulations.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
