In this pivotal role, you will focus on ensuring that our Danish-speaking customers enjoy outstanding support and service, enhancing their overall satisfaction with our offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to maintain accurate records for analysis.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement efficient solutions that enhance customer happiness.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to provide informed support to customers.
  • Contribute positively to team initiatives, sharing insights and participating in projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A background in customer service or related roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling customer inquiries.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding service and fostering customer happiness.
